Dayton Area 3D Printer Meet-Up 12/3/15
Last week we attended and exhibited at the Dayton area 3D Printer meetup sponsored by FabSpace and held at the Xenia Branch of the Greene County Public Library.
We brought along three 3D printers, two Ultimakers and a Printrbot Simple Metal, along with plenty of printed items, files and filament. There were four other 3D printers at the event including two owned by the library and one from Tinkr Tech. Overall there were just over 40 people in attendance with a great mix of questions and experience. It was great to see the variety of 3D Printers as well as all of the objects which had been created!
If you are interested in 3D printing please ask your local library if they have a program or search for a local maker group. Thanks to Jeff from FabSpace & Kevin from Greene County Library for setting up this event and for inviting us to join in all the fun.
